SUMMARY:Ceramic Engineering Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Workshop Description\nJoin Artist/Engineer Steve Barney for a hands-on STEAM workshop where art meets aerospace! Inspired by the historic Saturn V rocket on display at INFINITY Science Center\, participants will learn the basics of ceramic sculpture while exploring the principles of rocket design and engineering. Using simple slab-building techniques\, students will create their own small rocket ship sculptures out of clay. \nThis fun\, hands-on session introduces key concepts in space exploration\, material science\, and design thinking while encouraging creativity\, problem-solving\, and cross-disciplinary learning.
